Sergey’s creative embryo formed back in 1994 with a close acquaintance with such electronic music styles as Acid, Techno, Hardcore, Trance, Ambient. 2 years later, in 1996, Sergey began experimenting with mixing music using various devices available at that time: a tape player without pitch control, and the old, Soviet-made inexpensive turntable (which was later upgraded with a pitch control to control the playback speed).
Some time later, in 1997 he bought his first vinyl techno record, and the world of high-quality techno sounds opened up for him. His first serious performance as a DJ under the nickname DJ Krot (which means ‘Mole’ in Russian) happened in 1998 in one of St. Petersburg’s clubs.
Some time later in 2000, Sergey create techno project Digital Damage.
Similarly, in 2000 began to organize techno events in clubs, bombproofs and forsaken factories in St. Petersburg under the promo T-34.
Further, in 2013 he created new techno project Mode L.
