David Sloly’s relationship with electronic music began at 15, DJing parties and London club nights before moving into radio and music culture through work with MTV, BBC Radio 1 and the Pepsi Network Chart Show. He later helped revitalise Kiss FM as producer of Steve Jackson’s Morning Glory Show, which won a Sony Gold Award and a MOBO and was named by The Guardian as one of the UK’s most influential radio programmes.

Alongside broadcast work, he was involved in prototyping early digital DJ and broadcast systems in the UK and Ibiza. His musical work has taken him to venues including Pacha, Space and Café Mambo, and into education, teaching at Point Blank Music School in London. He studied at STEIM in Amsterdam.

He has DJed for youth initiatives supported by NATO and contributed to radio training missions for producers working within OSCE programmes. He has written DJ and MC guides. More recently, he has returned to music through Lux Nova, turning space data into immersive soundscapes.
