I remember as a child I was collecting cassettes of various genres, mostly rock and metal music, but also some of the electronic tracks. How did I become a DJ? It all started in primary school when I played few parties and gained my first experience with audio gear. The good thing back in the days was the MTV channel that allowed me to record the newest tracks - good, old times when MTV was actually about the music. I even recorded some soundtracks from VHS tapes. Few years forward, I was about to finish college and at that time I have landed my first serious job as a DJ. I also went for a DJ course in the same time period which was a great chance to get to know the people in the music club industry. I played at a few really big clubs, but I have later found out that playing for a smaller audience is something that lets me have a better connection with a crowd - it feels more direct and personal.
My favorite genres: tech-house, classic house, progressive house, minimal techno.
