In late 2024, I started noticing DJ culture growing everywhere, and by early 2025 it was calling me. I finally jumped in, downloaded the Rekordbox app on iOS in May, and picked up my first controller — the Pioneer DDJ-FLX4-W — in June. By August, I upgraded to the DDJ-FLX10-W, added ALTO speakers, and built out a full DJ booth.

I’m truly blessed to have a positive + solid support system, that encouraged me to move from mixing in the bedroom to landing my first two gigs in August 2025. By September, I was recognized as a Mobile + Event Playlist DJ — and the journey is just beginning.
