Music was a part of his life since the very beginning. The radio was playing 24/7.
This love for music only grew stronger in the early nineties. Slobodan was amazed by the strident nightlife and the colourful diversity of the club scene, and grew more and more fond of electronical music. He never lost his fascination for the art of dj‘ing and the hypnotic sounds, so in 1992 Slobodan decided to give it a try himself.
He started out with some lacklustre equipment, and performed only in front of friends and family, but step by step he laid his hands on professional pieces of equip, like turntables by Technics, type 1210.
Through tireless practice DJ Schwarzlicht honed his skills on the turntables, and soon rocked some smaller parties.
Since there was always need for new vinyl records, Slobodan and his brother came up with the idea, of starting their very own records store.
One year later this idea became reality. A records store opened its doors in Vienna, with the help of the
