DJ La Kasi is born Ronald DK Nchabeleng in Limpopo Province, South Africa and currently in Pretoria.

He is a music producer, composer, DJ and remixer at Snoopymania Records (@SnoopymaniaR). Under Snoopymania Records, DJ La Kasi produced several house songs and worked with local musicians like Mok Man, Big Phil, Sir Five Nine, DJ Enos, Fire The Purifier, T.Nice, MJ Lecock, DJ Twizzi, Stones Banks and Careless.

In August 2015 he released his first official house/kwaito single titled 'All We Have' featuring Bontle. A month later released its remix and added Drecko and Sir Five Nine.
