Konrad Taylor, better known as Kasanova and one-half of the duo Shameless, began his musical journey in Sierra Leone. After moving to the U.S. at age 5, he was influenced by his father’s love for jazz, African, and pop music, with household favorites like Lisa Stansfield and Whitney Houston. As a teen, he gravitated toward hip hop and R&B, inspired by Nas, Tupac, Jay-Z, and Outkast.

In 2009, a move to China sparked his love for electronic music, influenced by Kaskade, Tiesto, and Calvin Harris. Immersed in China’s vibrant club scene, he honed his craft at iconic venues like Bar Rouge and Mint.

Returning to Detroit, Konrad built his DJ career with residencies at venues like Magic Stick and The Skip. Partnering with ATP (Andre Terrell) as Shameless, he brought energetic house music with soulful vibes.

Now in Southern California, Konrad is performing at top OC venues like Treehouse, Mesa, and Hive & Honey, sharing his unique musical journey with new audiences.
