DJ Kadilac- DeeJay, Emcee, B-boy, & Hip-Hop purist. Raised during the Golden age of Hip-Hop (87-95) Kadilac started as a B-Boy, breaking and pop locking to the tunes of Whodini and RUN-DMC. Graduating to other Cultural elements of Hip-Hop, he became known for his extraordinary beatboxing ability as well as his unorthodox verbal style of rapping. Kadilac excelled as an emcee, winning numerous talent shows and recording several demos, however he never got his big break. Being a Hip-Hop Connoisseur Kadilac became frustrated with the ever increasing absence of the DJ within the Hip-Hop culture. He also felt that most DJ’s were not representing the lifestyle correctly. So he took the matter into his own hands and bought his first pair of Technics 1200’s. Already having a massive library and a superior knowledge of music, he began mixing in 2001.
