DJ Joel Frost cut his DJing teeth on college radio while he was still in high school, and hasn’t stopped spinning since. For the last 15 years, he’s established a standard of excellence at various venues around NYC including Club Doubles at the Sherry Netherland Hotel, Brook Club, The Back Room, Tanner Smiths, Essex, Three Monkeys, and Sir Henry's. Also a professional drummer who has toured this country and Europe, Joel has a well-rounded and broad feel for how to move a crowd in all kinds of settings. Known for his versatility, Joel has a natural intuition that stems from an inherent feel for rhythm. A second-generation musician, Joel’s wide knowledge of music informs his ability to create the right tone in any event, and his latent sense of beat and groove are unparalleled. Joel is comfortable spinning disco, EDM, top 40, hip hop, rock, jazz... whatever it takes to inject an event with the right energy.
