Exploring an eclectic range of music, Emergy has always aspired to keep her sound unique and fresh. Her DJ journey was inspired by her love for Techno which she discovered while living abroad in the UK. After moving back to NZ and realising this dark, underground sound was rare to come across she found her calling to share this style of music. Now a resident DJ with Geared Events, Emergy finally has a place to play the dark, hypnotic, acid techno she loves so much.
Not long after her calling to share the music which moves and elevates her, she discovered psytrance. She was amazed by this sound and the scene so was only natural her style would take a new journey with this psychedelic energy. She is passionate about experimenting with an array of Psy but gravitates towards fun, groovy, melodic progressive psytrance.
Over the last 2 years Emergy has had the pleasure of playing at some very special events throughout Auckland and NZ including a regular spot at the Geared events, AUM Fest...
