Originally from Iowa where the DJ portion of my life began at The Garden in Des Moines, then spent time in Atlanta where my love for House music flourished. Moved to Chicago where EVERYTHING changed. From meeting all the people I listened to and worshiped, to becoming friends with several of them, to my greatest bit of pride: writing for 5 Magazine's first year of existence. Ultimately, I got to meet and become friends with THE Frankie Knuckles, and opened for him during the few brief months at his residency in Boystown.
