DJ Rob Bates, a 20+ year Alternative Nightclub DJ, began his DJ career in Orlando, FL. Having filled in guest spots at JJ Whispers and The Edge in the Early 90's, Rob was given the opportunity for his first residency night at the famous EDGE Nightclub in Orlando. After the Edge abruptly closed, he maintained residencies at The Embassy, Cairo, and Barbarella into the late 90's. In the 00's, Rob maintained a residency at Independent Bar, Eye Spy, 57 West, The Club @ Firestone, The Social (Tampa) and Thee Grotto. Through his career, Rob made numerous guest appearances at Nightclubs including, ICON, The Club @ Firestone, Sky60, The Castle, Cairo, Renaissance, The Social (Orlando), The Social (Tampa), The Blue Room, Zuma Beach, Independent Bar, The Edge (Orlando), The Edge (Ft Lauderdale), Revolution Live, Barbarella, The Embassy, JJ Whispers, and Suite B. Rob also produced Music Video Remixes for ScreenPlay VJ under his alias DJ Demrok.
