I started DJing in 1974 at a Urban Contemporary Radio station in central Illinois playing R & B and Disco Funk music. Then moved to a large nightclub playing the same R & B and early Italian Disco and other Disco Funk from all corners of the world. I've done live dance mixes on 5 different Illinois radio stations, worked in more night clubs and DJ'd more weddings over the last 50 plus years then I can count. In time I've taught myself to beat mix as well as anyone around. Now all I like to do is mix live in front of people that enjoy dancing. I play dance music from the 1970's to todays top dance songs.
