Since 2015, as Artistic Director and Festival Manager at Riverfest Elora (Winner of best Medium Sized Festival 2019 at the Canadian Live Music Awards), Spencer played an integral role in guiding the festival through a period of rapid growth. Over this time, Riverfest Elora has grown from just 1000 patrons in 2013, to over 18,000 attendees and over 500 volunteers in 2019. 2021 will mark the 12th annual installment of Riverfest with it's most impressive lineup to date.

Spencer has been curating the Dead Radio, Love Music Series since 2015, which has seen successful and sold out performances by a plethora of touring artists. He is also currently Centre Wellington’s "Community Development, Culture & Special Events Coordinator" and recently joined the Board of Directors at the Halifax Pop Explosion.

Spenny was the resident Saturday DJ at eBar in Guelph for 7 years. Now its mostly for fun!
