D-Primus (project name) is a DJ/Producer/ (post production) soundengineer from The Netherlands.
It all started in the tracker and demogroupscene on a Commodore Amiga in 1992 until 1996 as a composer.
In 1996 started making music using equipment like the Yamaha Cs1x(98), EMU Orbit/planet phat and an Akai Sampler in combination with Cubase on a pc.
D-primus moved with his studio to Amsterdam (Overtoom) where many (bootleg) tracks were created and sold on white label vinyl and made their way through various channels to (underground) clubscenes in Europe.
Over the past 23 years he has been writing and producing multiple genres of music such as: (tech & deep) house, Techno, Drum & Bass, (nu-)metal, hip-hop or whatever he feels like and mostly to be used and licensed by and for other record labels and artists around the globe.
