Predominantly a Drum and Bass and Techno DJ, Charlie also plays out a huge mix of genres.
With over 2 decades serving the alternative party scene, CharlieOctoGirl has previously been part of the events teams behind some of the UK’s most well loved alternative club and virtual events such as Judder, [E]ntropy and Virtual Goth Night. As a DJ, CharlieOctoGirl has gone on to have appearances including Insurgence, All The Rage and Resistanz Festival. In 2026 she joined the team at Church of Madness in Reading as part of the resident DJ team.
A truly open format DJ, she curates sets that indulge your familiar favourites, while introducing you to great new sounds you’ll love.
An all-round creative, CharlieOctoGirl also boshes out videos and music of her own, livestreams, holds space for her online Discord community, and she whips up the occasional bat shit crazy charity fundraiser and community get togethers too.
