cèsil (WR1 art&music)
Born in 1984 in Lima Peru, Carlos Silva a.k.a. cèsil, had an early contact to electronic music at the age of 15, years later he started his own parties under the name of WR1 (we.are.one) in Cusco, an underground electronic movement supported by top DJ’s, Producers and Music Label owners from Peru and international friends playing everything from house to techno.
