Delbert Flood (Scotty Broadway)grew up in New York listening to old school hip hop. Biggie Smalls being just one of many favorites. After 4 years of service in the USMC I decided to stay in LA, and shortly thereafter was introduced to house music , which I immediately fell in love with. Within a month of my first dance show I got my first turntables, Very unstable Gemini’s, which ate through a needle every few days. I still loved it, and within 3 months purchased my first real turntables the technics MK3D’s. Wow what a difference they made!
My love and never ending search for the perfect beat is evident in my mixes, which I would consider cultivated. I am now attending the LA Recording and Film school, where everyday I am amazed at how much I don’t know, and I love that.
I am a deep house lover, and live for those rare and special occasions that people become one on the dance floor with the music. I strive to be the DJ and I am looking forward to spending one of these
