Rodger Collins has been programming noncommercial radio since 1983 at multiple stations in Philadelphia, New Orléans, northern New England and western North Carolina, thorougly versed in multiple genres of music especially Brazilian (with a minor in Celtic), and is an audio engineer/producer and musician.
