I was born in Alabama but at the age of 13, moved to Detroit, Michigan. Musically, my early years were full of 60's and some 70's soul music, with a dash of country including the Grand Ole Opry. When I moved to Detroit, I was then exposed to more soul and R&B. In my teenage years I discovered two DJ's by the name of Electrifying MOJO and The Wizard. Mojo was more of your classic DJ and The Wizard was a top notch turntableist (mixing and scratching). These two guys along with my cousin Lil' Charles who introduced me to soul ballads, laid the foundation for my love of music. I love being a DJ, sharing the music I love and grew up with others.
