Shanel Wilson Kenneth Maduro was born on Tortola, British Virgin Islands on November 12, 1983 with his beautiful twin sister, Shermel.
At the very young age of four, Phenom knew that his life would be surrounded by music. If his father was outside fixing his truck or cleaning the yard, music was playing. When his mother was cooking a meal, music was pumping while the pots were bubbling. His older brother emerged on the DJ scene as DJ Turbo and was also a radio personality.
