Omar Hopkinson, better know as his street name Oms (short for Omslaw) was born September 12, 1977 in Toronto Canada. An only child to his single mother Patricia, Oms has found a place for himself which surely does not leave him anywhere close to being out of the public eye. With many works in the the arts, including fashion design (Oms Resistance Gear), music recording (with Relic in the group OuttaMind) to drawing and painting, Oms has always strived to be in his words "...the complete artist".

Oms studies took him through schools such as Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD) and Toronto School of Art (TSA) with some business and Adult Education Studies at Sheridan College. With the combined learning from these established institutions, Oms has been able to mesh together a sense of art, style communication and business sense all in one valuable package.
