Bosetecha – aka Simon Edwards – has been part of the rave scene since the early 90’s. Being a child of the 90’s, Simon was heavily influenced by the gabba sound he experienced in raves such as Helter Skelter, North and Kinetic. His early DJing career saw him playing at a number of large venues across the North West during the early hardcore scene.
Sy, spent the noughties promoting nights such as DIScTRACTION and Ultra-Violent, with his partner in crime Ben. These nights where renowned for their harder edge sound and inclusive approach to hard dance music.
These days Sy runs the successful club night Subtek with his business partner Ben (Belaroc). The event is going from strength to strength and has hosted big names such as Freak Unique and Mark EG.
Sy’s sound has evolved over the years into a unique fusion of industrial beats that still encompass the old school gabber sound he has always adored. His sets are known for their high energy and sinister sound.
