AVANTHARDCOLLECTIVE is a multidisciplinary, multigenerational art collective in the UK, helmed by Lottie Depresstival Bowater + Ergo Phizmiz (PLC).
We create works spanning across many mediums - opera/radioplays/antifolk/punk/techno/gabber/puppet theatre/film/collage/musicology/modernist piano music (and sometimes comedy clubs).
We are in the process of launching our own radio station, WolvertonFM: an experimental, alternative, arts-based community radio station, based in Shorwell, West of the Isle of Wight.
You can also hear various members of the collective hosting radio (Threads, BR, 199, ResonanceFM) & appearing in various parts of the opera world.
