Archaphael – Official Biography
Raphael M, aka Archaphael, is a Beirut-born DJ and producer whose sonic journey began in heavy metal, influenced by Tool and Kyuss. At 16, he played bass in a progressive band before diving into Beirut’s underground electronic scene. Fascinated by deep basslines and hypnotic rhythms, he brought techno to alternative venues, gaining club residencies. A turning point came with his discovery of psytrance, leading him to share stages with acts like Juno Reactor and Battle of the Future Buddhas. In 2016, he joined Sweden’s Schlabbaduerst Rekkords, debuting with Early Bird. With five EPs released, Archaphael blends acid techno grit and psytrance energy into immersive, high-intensity sets. His music fuses emotional depth with relentless drive, captivating global dancefloors and pushing sonic boundaries.
