I created the "Aniak" alias with the intention to experiment on the darker side of electronic music. Even if I approach with it mostly leftfield techno, techno , sometimes minimal, these releases are never really quite fitting the genres.
As with all my other musical projects I always enjoy breaking boundaries and merging different influences, reinterpreting clichees and pushing my limits into new sonic territories. The "Aniak" music is dynamic, club ready, yet groovy, refined when it comes to composition and sound design. I might often incorporate retro sounding drum machines and synths, while innovating in song structures and arrangement.
Highly recommended for a night drive in a dystopian scenery, or for your regular saturday night warehouse party.
