I first visited Tasmania about a year ago, coming here for my birthday with a group of friends and spent as much time camping/hiking around the national parks as I did enjoying the food and wine culture in the city. I absolutely loved it. A year later, when the opportunity arose to come and work down here for a month, it was an easy decision.

Coming off the plane from the Gold Coast was a climate shock. After working in the Northern Rivers for months and being flooded in several times, I had become used to overcast skies and humidity. Here, it was cold, the air was fresh, and skies were crystal clear. I immediately felt rejuvenated. This was the inspiration for this first mix.
