AMNION is the brainchild of Roderick Price and is the vehicle for his dark, brooding style of electronic music. AMNION composes dense seething soundscapes using abstracted field recordings made from his localized surroundings and treated with generated electronic material.

Aesthetically Amnion works between the genres of dark ambient, modern classical, noise, industrial and various forms and styles of electronic music.

Amnion has released music on the independent record label Bottle-Imp. He has produced sound design work for film and screen, dance and choreography as well as installation and live performance.
