One Night In is the brainchild of English-born, New Zealand-raised DJ Amber Haley, aka Bandit. After 15 years in Germany & a return to Aotearoa, she saw something missing from the dancefloor: a space for the instigators & creators of scenes to play the music that inspires them.
DJs are often confined by genre or time slot. One Night In flips that, giving artists carte blanche to play anything they love, revealing the influences behind the music that makes us move.
A 27-year DJ & event veteran, Bandit has worked dancefloors from New Zealand to Thailand, Mauritius, Zanzibar, Norway, LA & Burning Man. Across decades & continents, she understands what made early dancefloors special & what can sometimes be missing today.
