It has since morphed into an educational program, introducing listeners to underground bands, and mixing them with more mainstream ones...

I've since left the world of radio, but maintain all my contacts and still receive tons of promotional materials. Metallurgy is now a tool to vet the materials I receive. I do not gain anything monetary from this and strictly use it as a tool to help out these great artists gain more exposure.
