D.J. Bartcore began DJing in primary school, starting with hip-hop before falling for house music after visiting Multigroove in Amsterdam. He was hooked and determined to make and play house music.
He bought turntables, a mixer, and vinyl, practicing endlessly—much to his parents’ chagrin. By 1997, Bart was performing at venues and later earned regular nights at De Bhazz and Dance Factory, sharing stages with icons like Pavo, Miss Monica, and Buzz Fuzz.
In 2000, he played HouseQlassics twice and joined Quazar as a live musician. Bart toured for 1.5 years, performing at Paradiso, Dance Valley, and Mysteryland, first as an MC, then as a producer.
