Community-based music rehearsal, workshop and performance space in Dublin 1 with an emphasis on original and experimental music. 12 Rutland Place was founded by a group of like-minded musicians who sensed the need for a dedicated space for improvised music in Dublin city.

In a short time we have hosted concerts, rehearsals and workshops from diverse performers such as Redivider, Alfie Ryner, Clange Sayne, OKO, Leafzang, Seán Carpio and Robert Stillman, Mixtapes from the Underground, Mikkel Ploug, Outer Spaceways Inc., Voodoo Allstars and Muga.
