Born in Vietnam to a family of refugees fleeing the war, Zynar's life has been shaped by resilience and adaptation.

At 19, Zynar immersed himself in the world of music, purchasing his first Technics SL1200 turntables and a Pioneer DJM mixer with his own hard-earned money. For three years, he honed his craft as a DJ, exploring drum & bass, house, and hip-hop. However, he eventually put his passion on hold establishing himself as a software engineer in San Francisco.

Six years ago, he reignited his passion for music, returning with a fresh artistic vision. Now based in Los Angeles, he produces and composes while maintaining his full-time career, approaching each track with meticulous care.
