Biography: Becsey Zsuzsa (born in 1969) is a graphic and media artist, designer of
visual communication, writer, editor and teacher.
She graduated in 1995, majoring for graphic and media arts, at the Hungarian University of
Fine Arts Budapest. She has received her degree in animation from the Academy of Applied
Arts in 1997. Additionally, in 2006 she acquired her degree for media culture and motion picture at the ELTE Film Academy and later (in 2009) from the Centre of Basis Education she graduated as editor of publications. She is interested in interdisciplinary creation (artistic/literary/screen/theatre/music/dance), playing with the multilateral relationship of form and content. As an emerging artist of the Hungarian scene she took part in several individual and collective exhibition, produced animation films, pieces of music, illustrations and books.
