Played in heavy metal band in my teens, gigged all around the Bay Area. Started racing bikes at 27 and am addicted, for both the health benefits and the intensity, it makes me feel alive.
Semi-retired at 40, I am now building a business as a professional cycling coach. Cycling is something I am passionate about and I love sharing information and teaching skills to those coming up in the sport.
