I am nearly 59 and love having wonder at the world & the wisdom of elderhood. I am a singer, writer, trainer of social care staff & facilitator of people's personal growth.I am committed to love and life.

I am nearing 60 and still excited by life in all its wonderment. I have moved house many times, now in no. 22, and love renovating and decorating. I still make most of my clothes, usually from sumptuous looking curtain fabric. I have my own training company and am privileged to share knowledge with others working in the care field.

I teach and coach from the More to Life mentoring courses and use this powerful work regularly in my own life.
I still love my husband Frank deeply and feel very blessed in my life. I have 2 beautiful and talented daughters, Meg and Bryony, and 2 lovely grand daughters, Saffron and Jasmine. How lucky am I?!
