Born and raised in Athens, Greece, Dr MIKE (P) developed a particular interest in music at very early age. He took his first steps in Djing back in the early 90's, playing mostly alternative rock and the new wave scene. Dr Mike became popular in the North Western part of Greece with his radio show 'Alternative NRG' which was one of the highest rated radio productions for two consecutive years. In 2000, Dr Mike moved to England, to obtain a Masters Science in Biomechanics and a Phd degree in Biomedical Engineering. This move also opened up avenues in his music exploration and production of electronic sounds. His recent music style reflects the diversity of his personality and his music sets deliver eclectic influences from his favorite music genres of Cosmic Disco, Progressive and Tech House. Dr Mike has Djed in various bars and clubs in his hometown of Athens the Greek isles as well as in a number of events in the UK and the US.
