He started listening to house music at the age of 11, which he was introduced to by his elderly brother Nkosinathi Mtsweni, Samkelo Nkosi aka Tecno, Khethokuhle Mabena just to name a few.
He also is a die hard fan of the DeeperShades radio show which is hosted and spearheaded by Lars Behrenroth, he also follows producers / DJ's like Atjazz, Detroit Swindle, Essential-I, Da Capo, Jimpster etc.
