Auckland based TECHNO & ELECTRO DJ and producer original from Slovenia, Ljubljana. Zan Mirkovic aka ZANEX has always been passionate about music.
At the young age of 10 he was introduced to electronic music, more specifically Techno and his love for it was instantaneous!
Began attending the best parties in the underground scene by putting in his musical knowledge evolution of electronic music at the time. In early 2000 he began his musical career first in some private parties ,then the first club in Slovenia.
After a few years of gigs, he started feeling the need to create a more personal sound, so he began working on his own productions, expressing his creativity through the current underground style of electronic and techno music.
