Zaira Della Pietra (AKA Zaira Dj) entered the music scene as a DJ in 2014. She started spinning her favourite tunes at local bars in her hometown with DJ Kireevsky, a well known local DJ, who mentored her until she developed her own unique, independent style. At the beginning of 2015, due to the success of those nights, she becomes resident DJ in four different clubs in Italy, providing her fans and new followers alike with many memorable nights.
At the beginning of 2017, following her desire to travel and grow professionally, she decided to move to London. In just one year she became the resident DJ for several venues, spinning and mixing a wide variety of genres from rock'n'roll, hard/blues rock, funk, Motown, rhythm & blues, and punk to Indie/alternative music old and new, with a particular emphasis on new/dark wave, post-punk, goth and industrial. Currently she runs a monthly event ‘80s Alternative Night’ and co-runs an electro night called Nervous Energy.
