A mix for /r/beathmatch's August mix of the month challenge. Our goal was to build a mix that would work for peak hour at a club.
I tried to take my mix a step further by creating a flow that resembles a peak. I tried to build the energy across a few songs which eventually reaches a tipping point and causes a large release of energy at the end.
I started my mix in with 2 higher energy techno tracks. Then eased up a bit with some deeper house which I used to build into a much higher energy techno track which has a few release points throughout.
