Dj Zach ( A.K.A.The Shadow) Abrahams, is a Cape Town DJ who started his career in the early 80's (1983) doing warm up and mobile shows at various venues. He spent 32 years actively on circuit as a working DJ playing to crowds in 20 countries throughout his career whilst during the late 80's and early 90's returning to Cape Town to take up residency at the world famous "George Pub" and Cafe comic Strip. He worked with some of SA's finest DJ's and Producers on projects like "The Future Dance Classics" and right up to early 2000's remixing local SA artist Garth Taylor and others. Returning to his hip hop roots was always on the cards and nowadays you'll find him hanging with the likes of DJ Codax (5 time SA DJ CHAMP), Grandmaster Ready Dee, DJ Superfly ,who has had a re-energizing effect on this perennial artist who finds himself "going back to his roots" and remaining pure to the art of the DJ by doing strictly vinyl mixtapes and sessions.
