Welcome to For Wood Sake.
I started For Wood Sake a few years ago as a retirement project.
I was always passionate about wood working and my shop is my happy place.
Some people use the word reclaimed wood but I like to use retired wood. Most of my projects
are made from retired wood that is no longer needed after years of good use like wine barrels, wood planks, barn wood and even old wood palettes. I like to rescue this wood from going to landfill and after cleaning and sanding to bring back the natural beauty of the wood,I create unique one of a kind pieces that can be enjoyed for years to come. I also like to incorporate stones in my furniture like wine rack, coffee tables and end tables. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to see more of my work or you may want a custom piece that would go in a special place in your home.
Thank you.
