Hi, my name is Youko Yamamoto. I am running a Japanese noodle restaurant in upstate New York with a team of great staff. We are serving real authentic dashi based dishes - main feature is noodle soup. Every Friday & Saturday I've been hosting live music with many local bands in different fields.
