90年代にダブブレイクビーツ世代のシンガーソングライターと評された橋本洋輔の２３年ぶりのリリース。よりシンプルに深化し『日本語のダブポエット』として蘇った。ベースに重低音請負人高橋祐(Tike,ex.松竹谷清チョコレートダンディーズ)、ドラムにワンドロップの達人竹村二郎(打族) を迎え創り上げた生音のレゲエは、橋本自身による執拗なまでのダブプロセッシングが加えられた、オーセンティックかつ先鋭的な音響詩であり音響彫刻である。
Yosuke Hashimoto, was described as “a singer-songwriter of dub and breakbeats generation” in 1990s, released his new work after an interval of 23 years. Simplifying and deepening his music characteristics, he reappeared as “a Japanese dub poet.”
This is a reggae tune using live performance tracks by two players Yu Takahashi, an undertaker of deep bass.on drums; Jiro Takemura, an expert of one-drop. Adding persistent dub processing by himself, Hashimoto created an authentic, radical sound poetry and sound sculpture.
