Matt Foran is a Toronto based DJ. Collaborates on sets with brother Tim - for yesyesmatt & TDJ sets.

The brothers have roots in Toronto indie music scene. Their band The Early Morning, an electronic rock outfit whose eclectic influences included Joy Division, Chemical Brothers and Leonard Cohen. The band supported touring acts including The National, controller.controller, Tokyo Police Club and The Uncut. Newer projects include Black Sisters, a darker electro outlet - channeling analog keyboards and sequencers.

yesyesmatt follows BBC Radio's Gilles Peterson's timbre of DJ'ing; digging deep to bring a diverse range of music from across the globe to its weekly listeners. Music ranges from West African Hi-Life to reggae, cinema paradiso, dub, Balearic downtempo, minimal house, yacht rock, dark electro, motown and R&B, conscious hip hop and ever lasting love ballads.
