Always involved and in love with music, Yentl. (formerly known as Lady Lektrix) started dj-ing by the end of 2006. Totally unexperienced with the technical insights of it, but inspired by the often surprising profundity of electronic music, she was curious to discover what things would be like behìnd the decks.

Her collection got influenced by a variety of styles going from minimal techno, tribal, jackin & progressive house in the beginning, to a broad but refined selection of deep and soulful minimal techhouse. Almost 10 years and about 1000 exciting experiences later she's still discovering and refining her style to the distinctive minimalistic but deep & spacy flows she's playing today.

The most important thing for her is to express familiar human emotions about dreams, melancholy, duality and chaos in the music she brings. Enjoying these intriguing sonic vibrations as a collective, maybe even therapeutic experience, can take going out to a higher, emotional level.
