Yarenni Mendoza, also known as DJ
Doza was born and raised in Los Altos
de Jalisco, and has called Seattle home
for the past 11 years. From a very young
age she always loved dancing and
music and at the age of 21 she started
going out dancing with friends, and
thought the DJ had the best job. She
wanted to make people dance just like
the DJ. After some networking, learning
the basics of Djing on YouTube, and
downloading a bunch of songs she had
my her official “gig” as DJ Doza in 2017
She currently plays at Sarajevo Night
Club and Xtadium Lounge in Seattle.
She has gotten to play at other clubs in
Seattle such as Neighbors, a very iconic
club. Her biggest accomplishment no
doubt was opening the concert for Karol
G back in 2018 in Seattle. She has also
participated in local radio stations by
providing mixes. Her goal is to inspire
and pave the way for more girls to get
into Djing - or in other male dominated
