What the HELL is WPSR?
The Westchester-Purchase Student Radio (WPSR) is a completely student-run organization. WPSR promotes and cultivates freeform radio programming, which means giving our DJs complete freedom to play what they like and speak about what they wish. We’re weird, we are wild, we like music, and we like people. Many of our shows include original music, local talent, independent podcasts, experimental shows, and anything that YOU can dream of. Our main goal is to offer a platform on which any student at Purchase College can express themselves. We want to give Purchase students a voice and allow them to have an hour to be used as creatively as they would like. We offer programming four days a week, as well as having a 24/7 broadcast of past shows and much more. We also have a variety of live programming and events throughout each semester. You can find us above D-Hall, we are located right across from the FreeStore, your very own student radio station!
