WOW Radio is a water-themed pirate radio show originally broadcast on Governors Island in NY at an art residency at the Works on Water (WOW) house during the Summer of 2019. WOW Radio is hosted by DJ Sto Stoaway with special guest interviews from WOW residents, ecological artists, water enthusiasts and other people who happen to drop by. Works on Water is a group of interdisciplinary artists who are all working on water-related artwork that connects to current economic, political, and global issues and is in conversation with the traditions of Land Art, Public Art, and Performance Art.
